\nI feel helpless in the face of my grief; all I want to do is bury myself and hide from the world; there is no end to my valley of tears and I don\u2019t know how to get out again; in between I also feel anger which makes me feel guilty; other people don't understand me anymore and tell me to pull myself together but I am unable to.<\/p>\n

When I realised that dealing with grief is in one way or another an important part of many of my coaching sessions I decided to do a training as a grief counselor. About me<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of my most important training courses was the one to become a\u00a0grief counselor.<\/strong>\u00a0On the one hand I was curious to learn more about this final border and wanted to come to terms with it and the\u00a0ultimate challenge at letting go.<\/strong>\u00a0On the other hand, I had found out that difficult separations can make us suffer enormously. Many of my coaches struggle with separations which did not go well and\u00a0left them stuck in the past <\/strong>with unresolved questions and feelings\u00a0of help- and hopelessness. Learning how to cope with these feelings<\/strong>can be a valuable skill not just with regards to the past but also to the future.<\/p>\n

Having grown up in different countries I was fortunate to experience as a child how\u00a0different cultures deal with death and mourning<\/strong>\u00a0and learned that there are better ways of going about this challenge than simply trying to ignore it. I am happy to share my insights and conclusions with you.<\/p>\n
