A lot of people ask me “Why?” Often the answer is simply that it is time for something new. But in order to make room for the new, we need to let go of the old. Habits and people we have come to love and which have been part of our lives for many years, are suddenly gone or do not fit anymore, and this can turn our lives upside down. There is no right and wrong when dealing with a major crisis or loss in life. Each phase needs to be given the time necessary and my aim is to help you cope with your personal loss in the best way possible.
Difficult times can also provide opportunity for personal growth and a chance to (re) discover new or forgotten skills. What types of activities give you strength and help you recharge your batteries? These activities often add value and enrich your life. Music is what works for me. It provides me with surprising and helpful insights, but there are a lot of other creative paths which lead to personal fulfilment. Let us go about expanding the toolbox of your life discovering your hidden abilities and bringing them out to shine.
Taking things as slow as necessary and with a lot of empathy I would like to help you accept upcoming changes – not necessarily as a welcome guest but as a part of a new phase in your life which may eventually turn out to bring along happiness in a way you would have never foreseen.
